Comparability of Large Scale Educational Assessments

Center for Assessment authors were well-represented in this important National Academy of Education volume that provides guidance to key stakeholders on how to accurately report and interpret comparability assertions concerning large-scale educational assessments as well as how to ensure greater comparability by paying close attention to key aspects of assessment design, content, and procedure. Charlie DePascale and Brian Gong authored a chapter on comparing individual student test scores and Leslie Keng and Scott Marion wrote the chapter on comparing group-level test scores.
