This presentation from the 2006 CCSSO conference on large-scale assessment includes a summary of the technical documentation work completed thus far as part of the New Hampshire Enhanced Initiative. A discussion of the major challenges of documenting the technical qualities of alternate assessment on alternate achievement standards, especially the flexibility inherent in many alternate assessment designs is presented.
